I have configured the mailbox on Classic Outlook via POP protocol, and three abnormal issues occur as follows:
- All emails originally received in 2023 display the year 2026 incorrectly after syncing to Outlook; the original sending/receiving timestamps get messed up.
- Items in the Sent Items folder fail to synchronize between the mail server and Outlook client.
- An error pops up every time we attempt to send emails within Outlook. Messages can only be delivered successfully after fully closing and restarting the Outlook application. sender: mohan@kbgz.org but the error message displays the email address shown in the screenshot instead of the active sending account.
