Hello All,

I have a issue wherein the sender name is changed in the appointment

message.

The issue occurs when i create a meeting request in SAP CRM and

synchronise it to MS Outlook

I create a meeting request in CRM with "user1" as the organiser and

the "user2" as the attendee and then synchronise the same to MS

Outlook. The current logged on user in the Outlook is "User3" who

also has editor roles over the mailboxes of User1 and User2 . The

functionality of synchronisation is that User3 logs to the mailboxes

of user1 and User2 and creates a meeting request . The meeting request

created in the User1 calendar is fine as the organiser of the meeting

is User1 and attende is User2. But the issue occurs when the meeting

is created in the User2's calendar. In the User2's calendar the

organiser of the meeting request is changed to User3 instead of

User1 :-(. Looking at the code we found that when the call to "

IMessage::SubmitMessage() " is made then the PR_SENDER_NAME,

PR_SENDER_EMAIL_ADDRESS, PR_SENT_REPRESENTING_EMAIL_ADDRESS everything

is changed from User1 to User 3 .

I am using Using ExchangeServer 2003 and Office 11.

I even try to reset the same but no luck.

Please help me as this is very critical issue.

Thanks ,

Anamika

What code is that? From what application? Does this happen as part of the

synch process? If so you need to contact SAP about that and have them fix

that code.
