Outlook 2013 size issue

Outlook 2013 64 bit
Email Account
IMAP
When emails are downloaded from the server the size is correct. However, when emails are moved to a folder, either by rule or "drag and drop", the size is changed to 0Kb. If I move it back the size remains 0Kb. Is there a setting that I can adjust?
