Multiple Accounts and Multiple Contact interelation

I will like help in "how to" for the following.
I have a General Insurance Agency

I represent various insurance Companies like Hartford and Aetna
· With different account executives

I receive proposals from My Independent producers "Brokers" in
representation of their "clients"
· With different agents

I have set up each Broker Corporation as an "Account"
Also set up the individual agents as contacts related to that account

I have set up each Life Insurance also as an "Account"
Also set up the account executive as contact related to that Insurance Company

My question is

How can I track One Broker Firm (account) when one specific agent (contact)
send me data from his client so we can for of HIS client…

I send that information to one of my companies (Another Account) and that
account executive (another contact) send me back the rate quotation or any
other documentation.

I present those quotations to the Brokers and try to follow up on the closing

IF I HAVE TO LOG IN to any place AND PAY A FEE FOR THIS ANSWER PLEASE LET ME
KNOW.I will gladly do it

Probably the easiest way is to track a prospect and link additional
documents by the prospect.

I am trying to understand what is missing from your existing process as
compared to what you are trying to achieve.
