Multiple copies of task being created

Hi Diane
Any idea why this is happening with Tasks?
Have tried 'Keep this item' and 'Keep all' but does not resolve problem

Are there any sync issues? Conflicts happen when the copy on the server doesn't match the local copy, possibly from a bad sync - not sure what is going on, but its a fairly common problem lately with outlook.com and office 365 accounts.

Do you access tasks in to-do app, on a smart phone or second computer? That could cause it.

You're right Diane. I do use the android app and although I could not do my job without it, it does cause all kinds of problems like this sync issue and changes in formatting
