Outlook 2010 conditional formatting

Glad you got it working - part of the problem is that we thought you were getting errors adding more names to rules. If all the rules are "full" and you can't add more rules, then the categories method will work. But if you have a bunch that all use the same color and you have an autoformatting rule for each name, its much better to combine as many names as possible into one color formatting rule.
 
Thats what i did today, i renamed all by rules by color name. Than i just deleted duplicating rules and combined people under the color i wanted them as. So if i ever max out of how many people can be in one rule, i should be than able to add some new rules. I also did the same for my outbox.
