Hello,
I'm new to the forums and was wondering if anyone can help with an issue I'm having in Outlook 2010. I've only just installed the programme and have not used it before so please forgive me if I'm asking an obvious question. I've set up Outlook using my hotmail account and the hotmail connector. My emails have appeared in their folders, everything as it should be. The problem I have got is that when I open outlook, I dont want anyone else to be able to see my mails etc. I have set the account up to prompt for the password, which it does, but there is nothing stopping me from pressing cancel and then having complete access to all my mails and folders?!?! I can only presume Im doing something silly as surely there must be a way to password protect the account so that nothing can be seen. I want to use the connector rather than pop. I also dont want to set up multiple user accounts on my laptop. Is there another way?
Sorry for the long message, and thanks!
