multiple email accounts, but only want to pull from two

I have 5 email accounts in outlook. I have them all so I can use them to send from at various times. I do not want to pull from all 5 accounts as I have some of them forwarding to others, and I end up getting duplicate emails and slowing down the process.

Can I choose which email accounts to recieve from, without deleting the account?
 
Sure. You can set this in the Send/Receive settings.


Ctrl+alt+s to open the dialog. Select the S/R group (or create one with these accounts in it) and Edit the account settings to set the accounts to send only.
