I use outlook as an email database for our non profit organization. I send out monthly newsletters using Microsoft Word and its mailing feature. I use the contacts from outlook and it sends the newsletters to them through outlook. When I have a member tell me they want to be dropped from the mailings, I delete them as a contact in outlook. I then find that the next time I send a newsletter the contacts have reappeared in outlook. People are getting really angry that they keep getting these newsletters. At first I thought it was my phone when I would sync that it would add them, but that is not the case, since I haven't done a sync in a long while and they are still reappearing. Anybody have a solution?
