Outlook 2007 Grouping

I learned with respect to a folder of contacts, I can go to View, Current Views, Define Views, and and create a list of fields for a custom view, which then sorts the contacts by those fields and if you change one of them, you can drag another to it, and it automatically changes the field of the contact you drag to the field of the field group where you changed the words in the field. A very easy thing to change many contacts at a time.

But, after I create tht view as a new one under Custom View Organizer and it can be used in All Contact Folders, when I use it again, I can't do the dragging process to change fields.

Does anyone know who to fix this one??
