How to show Sent Date in Meeting Request printouts

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I was unable to find any related posts by searching. I am trying to find a way to print an Outlook meeting request in such a way that the sent date appears on the printout. The information that appears on the printout includes subject, location, start/end time of meeting, etc. But I want the actual sent date of the e-mailed meeting request to appear as well. Can this be enabled via Outlook itself? If not, can anyone recommend a utility (paid or free/shareware) that can enable this?

I don't know if any of the print utilities can do this. Usually Outlook will print all fields in the current view but when i add created date to the view, its not working for appointments in the memo format. (It will print the date in table format).

You could use VBA to add the created date to the body before printing.
