Hello,
here is a very specific question, but as always we are all looking to enhance the effectiveness of our work and make things as simple as possible. Please could you help me to set the default tasks folder for new tasks being created using the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+k to be the outlook.com tasks folder in my desktop Outlook 2013?
When in Outlook 2013 I am in the mail inbox folder of my gmail account and I want to create a task using ctrl+shift+k the new task creates in the desktop outlook 2013 local folder. I would like all the tasks to be created in the outlook.com tasks folder (so that they can be synched with my android device). Can we do it without manually navigating to the outlook.com tasks folder in the desktop Outlook 2013 and then creating the task? This would save a lot of time and effort helping to focus on your job without thinking of the need to switch to another folder before you create a task.
Thanks a lot,
Victor
