Coming from Thunderbird: "Always prefer display name over message header"

Hello,
I am coming from Thunderbird and looking for a way to set up OL like this:
In Thunderbird you can define for each contact in the addressbook the option "Always prefer display name over message header".

For example you define the display name "honey" for your girl friend "Betty Barclay betty@barclay.com" and the moment you get an email from her your email list just shows "honey" instead of "Betty Barclay" or "betty@barclay.com".

Is there any chance to get the same function in Outlook? May be with a workaround or with an addin?

I need this for a customer who went crazy after changing from Tb to Ol and not having this function ...
