A friend of mine installed iCloud in Outlook 2013, and she says it played havoc with her contacts. At first she thought they were all gone, then I showed her that they are now under iCloud contacts. But she says that it shows her hundreds of contacts now that were not shown before, that were old contacts that somehow were not being displayed before. Possibly she had created a folder of "old contacts" and moved these hundreds of old contacts into it, so they were not displaying. But whatever it was before, now they are all combined under iCloud contacts. I tried putting it in list view, added a column for "Created" date, and tried to sort like that, but most of these have the date of when Outlook was installed, last March, when I imported the contacts from her old pst file.
Have you ever heard of the contacts getting combined like this when iCloud is installed, and is there anything that can be done?
Thanks
