Shortcut for sending complete mail

Hi,

One question. I have to send identical mails from time to time to same person (sort of notice that new info has been added to specific file and he should prepare shipments accordingly).

I was wondering if it is possible to make some sort of shortcut and put it on my desktop. And I would only click on this shortcut and email would be sent to that person.
