"The database name cannot exceed 50 characters"

Dear all

Yesterday I've configured BCM on another PC but I was not able to create an offline copy of the shared database.
The error is ""The database name cannot exceed 50 characters"" and yesterday was the first time when I faced such an issue.

The shared database name is BusinessContactManager (a shorter name would have worked wonders but I was lacking inspiration) and right now I have the following scenario in mind: to create a new shared database (backup -> restore or export -> import) and set a shorter name.

Is there any other known workaround?

I would also like to solve this puzzle! I'm not exporting, I can't specify the path, I just select the optione to create an offline copy whilst configuring the BCM addon and the error appears.
