Cannot logon to Outlook.com, or outlook on Mac, outlook not updating on ipad, iphone

Is there a problem with Microsoft? I cannot logon to my Microsoft account. I put in my password and get an authenticator code, but it doesn’t go beyond that. My outlook is not updating on the IPAD or Iphone - they were working earlier. I was on Outlook on my Mac around 11am and it was fine. I just went to the Mac (it was powered down) - it tries to logon but fails with an error for me to report to my admin. I have no admin! : (
I can post the error here, but not sure if it’s safe to do that - like, does it have any personal info on my machine? I dunno.
The error has Correlation Id, Timestamp, DPTI, Error tag and code.

I am hoping it’s not just me & my outlook, but haven’t seen anything online. If it’s them, I will have to wait. If it’s just me, any ideas on what I can do? Never had this happen before! thanks. Donna

Just after posting I found this on MS community. So it appears to be a global issue and not just my Outlook, thank you God! ; )
