Hey Guys,

OK so I have a client who is using 3 machines with Outlook 2010 all using pop 3 accounts with leave messages on server ticked. This all works fine except for one who's profile continually becomes corrupt and requires to the profile to be deleted and re-added. These computers are connected to a domain and there outlook files are synced for backup could this be what is causing the issue?

Please Help!

Why do you think it becomes corrupt?




Are all 3 profiles configured identically - specifically, do the profiles on each computer deliver all accounts to the same pst or to different psts?




What antivirus does he use? Is it the same on all 3?
