Hello,
I have been using Outlook 2010 with BCM stand-alone.
Now I've changed to Exchange Online and therefore a new Outlook profile has been created.
When I login with this profile, BCM is not active, but what's even worse: when I login with my old profile, BCM is not available anymore either!
I checked the add-ins in Outlook and found out the both "Business Contact Manager for Outlook Loader" and "Business Contact Manager for Outlook" are not checked.
When I select them, below it says: "deleted"
Checking these add-ins doesn't help and the DLL-file (BCMMS32.DLL) is present at the specified location (C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64).
Re-installing BCM doesn't fix the problem.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
