Multiple Exchange Mailboxes

Outlook 2010 64 bit
Email Account
Exchange Server
Have 5 different domain names.

Have exchange mailbox / e mail for each domain i.e me@co1.com, me@co2.com, me@co3.com etc

So have 5 mailboxes listed in outlook tree.

By default each mailbox has following folders in outlook tree:

Inbox

Drafts

Sent Items

Deleted Items

Junk E -Mail

Outbox

RSS Feeds

Search folders

So outlook tree is massive !!!

Any way outlook can be tweaked to allow you to select which folders are displayed in the outlook tree ?

I don't need outbox, RSS feeds or search folders
 
If you send mail, you need outbox... search folders can't be removed but RSS can be disabled. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/how-to-remove-rss-support-from-outlook/ - you can set the key then remove and recreate the accounts and they won't have the RSS folders. Or use MFCMAPI to delete the RSS folder after setting the key.




We recommend using the Favorites folder list for the folders you use instead of the folder list. In the calendar, contacts and other folders, create groups to put the unneeded folders in then collapse it.
