Old computer crashed. Bought new one with Window 7. Purchased office 2010 online from Microsoft. Everything loaded fine. When trying to run and configure Outlook, it says it cannot load because /////outlook.ost is not an Office file. It asks for an Exchange server name and account name which I enter. Eventually it kicks out. I tried deleting the .ost file and trying again but the file reappears. Never loads Outlook or gets to the normal profile screen.

Help would be appreciated.
