Problems printing multiple emails

I receive POs everyday that I select all and print all at one time. I've been doing it for almost a year. However, yesterday, I tried to print the 13 POs and the first one prints fine, but the other 12 prints very, very small. Even when checking print preview, everything looks good, but even when printing directly from print preview screen, the first email is ok, the rest are very small.

Then I tried printing to PDF and I got the error again. The first email prints normal size, but the other 12 print very small. Even the header containing my name since I print in Memo Style prints the way it should on all 13 pages, but the actually email portion prints small. Can anyone help me out?

The only way to work around is to highlight the POs individually and print them separately. But it will get very time consuming when my POs shoot up to 40-50 per day. Thanks for your help.
