I am getting the following message when attempting to send to once client. This Exchange 2010 server has been setup for over 2 years and hasn't had these problems with these users up until recently. If the Exchange server is denying the email, how do I go about finding out why exactly the server doesn't want to allow the email to pass through?

We are using AVG Internet Security Business Edition 2012 on the Server 2008 R2 Standard operating system with SP1.
 
It turned out it was an issue with our filtering on our hosting farm. The Exchange server is used by the users onsite and remote but does not host the mail for this domain. We simply use a pop client to download and send all emails in and out of the Exchange environment. We have figured out since what the problem is after another user experienced the issue as well.

AVG 2012 is install but there are no components on the server that filter the email also. I did find that much out.

Thanks for the help but we got it figured out with our hosting farm and are all ready to go now.
