Outlook 2007 Custom Form - Dual Addresses and Mailing Address

I created a custom Outlook contact form yesterday -- using the plain forms designer in 2007 - not regions. Everything went pretty well except for the following:

For addresses, instead of an address selector I have two full address fields, one for business and one for home. I want to be able to designate one of them as the mailing address, but I can't seem to get the mailing address selector to work with two address fields.

How can I get this to work?

You need to add a custom checkbox linked to each address field then use a formula to decide which is checkbox is selected and pass the value to the address selector. Unfortunately I don't have any samples that do it.

I have only a small inkling of what you're talking about. I'm not a programmer, nor do I play one on TV :-)

Do you know someone I can pay to help me with this?

I just need a little instruction over the phone.
 
I recommend asking how to do it in the msdn outlook forum - the programmers that hang out there can tell you if its possible and how to do it. (I'm pretty sure it is possible but i have not tried it yet.)

While i can hold my own on small projects, the guys at the MSDN forums are the real programmers. :) I've spent too much time away from code over the last few years keeping the site updated.
