Hi,
I have outlook 2010 running on exchange (don't know which version). I'm just a user on a corporate network.
I want to set up outlook so that it doesn't download messages to my inbox automatically, yet I still want to be able to send messages on demand. The aim is to batch download my new inbox messages from the server only once during the day.
I've already tried unchecking "Receive mail items" from the "Send/Receive Settings - All Accounts" screen, yet I still receive emails in my inbox. Could the admins have an override on this function?
