Dear Outlook Community - I apologise if I am starting a new thread on an old topic but I am new and I couldn't find anything. I am running Outlook 2013 on a trial basis. I have set up my usual email address but it has not populated my folders or my contacts. I was under the impression that once I added an email account the folders (sub-folders of my inbox created for my contacts) would automatically populate as would the contacts themselves. Am I doing something wrong or is this because I am running a trial version? I will appreciate any help anyone can give me. Many Thanks, Elayne
