I have a 75 user three terminal server (Windows Server 2003 R2, fully patched) network that connects to an Exchange 2010 SP3, rollup 6 server for email. Everyone is running Outlook 2010 (fully patched) and the problem exists only with internal senders.
The problem is that occasionally (10-15 times/day) when an internal message is opened by the recipient, the sender's info is not displayed and clicking on Reply or Reply to all results in a Reply message being created with a blank recipient. However, the sender's info is in the message headers!
I have googled and tested and poked, but cannot find anything relevant, and can't see any sort of a pattern.
Any clues would be GREATLY appreciated.
