I have a laptop running Windows 8.1. I am using Outlook 2013. I have my work email on Outlook on this computer. At work it works perfectly ( wifi ) When I am home Outlook receives emails fine but will not send any emails.
The error message I get is -- Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) server
I am using a Apple airport extreme router. I tried using a cat5 cable to connect direct to modem and it still will not send.
Other people who drop by using Outlook on ny wifi do not have the problem I am having. ATT is my ISP.
Any ideas?
Thanks Ray
