Create new profile

If I create a new profile in Outlook 2013, will I need to set up iCloud integration all over again? Will iCloud Contacts and Calendar carry over correctly to the new profile?

I know I can point it to the existing pst file, but what about all the email account configurations details?

You'll need to sign out of icloud and sign back in. The calendar and contacts in the icloud will sync down to outlook. If you use auto account setup to create the profile, Outlook should be able to set it up for you - after it finds the account settings click the option in the lower left to manually configure - you can make sure outlook set it up as pop and change it if necessary and also point it to the old pst.
 
I was able to fix my issue and did not need to create a new profile, but I've just gone through what you suggested as a test. I've never used auto account setup with GoDaddy email, but it does seem to work ok, sets it up as pop with SSL ports. Thanks for the info.
