Use single outbox in Outlook 2013

I just updated to Outlook 2013. I have multiple email accounts. I chose to not 'Send Immediately" because like to be able to see and possibly edit my pending emails before completing the Send process. In Outlook 2010, all the outgoing emails from all accounts show in a single, unified Outbox, so I could easily see the pending messages. However in 2013, these are stored in separate Outboxes for each account. Is there any way to return to the behavior and have all pending emails from multiple accounts appear in a single Outbox?

I notice that this same question applies to the Drafts.... If they are not consolidated, I would have to check multiple Draft folders to find saved drafts. In Outlook 2010, they all were again saved to the same folder.
