This isn't happening when I send an email it happens when someone else sends and email to me I get this before at the same time I get the email.

If you don't know the address, either you or the sender was hacked and the hacker is forwarding mail to that address. Since this message appears to be from Amazon's system, your account should be the hacked account.

Check your mailbox - Outlook on the web's settings: Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings > Rules and also look in Forwarding.
 
I don't think its your amazon account - but a Microsoft account that is the problem. Do you have an office 365 business mailbox? This is likely the 'domain' where the mailbox that is forwarding from NETORGFT4999843.onmicrosoft.com.

On the other hand, if you did not buy something from amazon - then the amazon account could be the problem. But you said it happens with all mail, so it would be your mailbox that is the problem.
 
Yeah its not just amazon even the mail from this forum does it. I get my outlook from my godady account. That is were my web site is. I called them but the last they said is they only provide outlook they don't have support. I'm going to call again and get someone else.
 
Do you also have office 365 / Exchange email through godaddy? That would explain the 'NETORGFT4999843.onmicrosoft.com'
Open Outlook on the web - outlook.office365.com - and go to settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings > Rules and also look in Forwarding. Is there a rule or forwarding set for that address?
 
Thanks you very much I think this is going to be the problem

In Rules I found this rule: If the message includes specific words in the subject or body: invoice or payment or wire or bank or account, redirect the message to k.delbert55@gmail.com and stop processing more rules on this message. I turned it off but should I delete it?

There are two other ones that state: If the message was received from aphop@asrlodging.com stop processing more rules on this message.

But how did that get there was I compromised. And I don't have office 365. I didn't know I could go to outlook on the web

I spent an hour on the phone with microsoft support they didn't know, and tried to call GoDaddy and was on hold for over a half hour and finally gave up.
