Hi all,
After a sudden exchange shutdown last night, internal emails in my company aren't reaching destination knowing that send receive shows success and email is leaving outbox. So in other words, everything seems normal but email never reaches the recipient. Any suggestions?

I am using microsoft exchange 2010 and outlook 2007 and 2 domain controllers general catalog (in case that helps).

update: when i untick the use cashed exchange mode in the account settings ( tools--> account settings--> change --> use cached exchange mode)of the recipient, emails appear in inbox but thats not a solution cause i need this(cash mode) to be activated.

since it works in online mode, the cache file could be corrupt - did you try deleting the ost and let outlook rebuild it?
