Exchange 2013/Outlook 2010 and 2013.
We created some room mailboxes with 3/4 delegates to approve/decline meeting requests.
Is there a way to automatically delete the approval message in the other delegates mailboxes when one of them has already approved (or declined) the request? This is leading to confusion...
