Multiple mailboxes in OL 2010

Hello,

I have a user that has his personal mailbox (for day to day emails) but he also has 3 other mailboxes that have emails coming into that he responds to as well. Is there a way to change the look of his primary mailbox so he knows when he is in that one vs being in one of the others. We are a banking institution and the need for accuracy/security is HIGH priority when sending out emails. I tried to change the personal stationary-I was successful but it changed it on all the mailboxes-not just the primary. If there is something else to be done to discern between these, any help would be appreciated. I don't want to change it where he has to choose each one to login to either.
