Am having some issues with Outlook 2010. 32 bit.

Program was locking up when receiving emails. I went off line & tried to delete a couple newer large ( 4-10 MB ) emails .

No luck deleting so when back online. Now program does not lock up first thing. Does get stuck on receiving , but can still use the program somewhat.

Emails can be viewed & replied to , but not moved or deleted. Doing this will cause a premanent "processing" icon.

Still thinking those couple large files caused this & would like to find a way to delete them.

Large mails should not cause a problem with POP3... Hotmail Connector, yes.

It could be the SRS file, although this isn't quite the typical symptoms. Find and delete the SRS file then restart outlook. In Windows 7/8, you can type or paste %appdata%\Microsoft\outlook in the address bar of windows explorer to jump to it.
 
Thanks for the info.

Deleted SRS file for that profile, no change.

Other profiles work file.

Icon on lower bar says " Outlook is syncing folders "

Outlook is getting stuck receiving 1 of 6 messages 7kb of 1.5 mb.

Have gone into ISP mail portal & deleted all incoming mail. Looks to be trying to receive messages from couple days ago ?

There are 4 profiles on this computer. other 3 work fine.

Am trying MFCMAPI. When try to "open dfault message store " this mesage appears.

Error: Store does not support the IExchangeManageStore interface

Code: MAPI_E_INTERFACE_NOT_SUPPORTED == 0x80004002

Following your instructions page , we continue on to #3

Tip: you can right click on the account in the list and choose Open Store instead.

3. Right click on Root Container and choose Open Contents Table

Click "Open Contents table" & next page to appear is labeled " Display name not found " & page shows 0 items.

Does this mean no hidden messages are stuck ?
