Hello,
My office is a small environment with 3 networked computers all running Outlook and we share generic mailboxes (for example info@...). I find the outlook "forward to mobile" rules quite good as we have booking confirmations that we need to send to staff in remote sites.
However, I have noticed that this rule does not always work. It is set up on my machine, and I suspect if the booking confirmation has been downloaded by any of the other two machines, the rules does not run on mine.
Has anyone come across this issue or can shed some light in dealing with rules when it comes to SMS?
Thanks!!!
Abi
