I work with Outlook 2010 in an Exchange environment regularly. I have an individual who... when they RECEIVE meetings and click on the scheduling tab, all of the free/busy information shows as hashmarks.
When they create a meeting and are thus the meeting organizer... everyone's free/busy information shows up as it should.
When I (as an administrator) load this individual's mailbox on my own computer and open meetings from his calendar which he is not the organizer of, it also shows me hash marks. When I load meetings he is the organizer of, it shows the free/busy information.
Any thoughts on why this is so? I've done it with others' mailboxes and everything works normal - can see free/busy on the scheduling tab even if not the meeting organizer.
