Syncing Outlook 2002 with iPad 128 KB

We've been able to successfully get our contacts and IE favourites to Safari from our PC. No success in getting the email sync/loaded on to the iPad, though... Spending an hour with Apple support did not change things from the above "successes".

We don't really want to spend the money to get our Outlook upgraded to a newer version, as we want to use our iPad to meet our email requirements, rather than the PC.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Bob
 
Email should work - it doesn't require outlook because it connects directly to the mail server. Calendar and contact sync would require iTunes, which I thought (i could be wrong though) worked with iTunes. Otherwise, you'll need either a utility or export to csv and import in Gmail, then connect the iPad to Gmail.
