outlook 2013 not syncing

i created appointments in my calender on outlook 2013 and when viewing my calender on my windows phone or online via live.com a few days afterwards i noticed only some of my appointments were synced/appeared but not all of them. they are still present on outlook though. can anyone help me fix this and stop it from happening again.

I have the same issue.
My configuration:
PC with Outlook 2013.
Android Smart Phone
Outlook.com account to sync calendar and contact between PC and Android.

Sync between Android and Outlook.com = Always OK
Sync between Outlook 2013 and outlook.com = NOT OK (some time yes, sometines no, even if CONNECTED displayed!)

I am in contact with MS support but so far, no progress.
I have try plenty of test:
Minimal windows mode
Stop Fire wall
Stop Antivirus
Change internet connection (speed, cable, wifi..)
...

Same result!

Bottom line, Outlook 2013 is NOT COMPATIBLE with Outlook.com sync.. this my conclusion so far, not reliable!

Any ideas?
