Syncing Outlook installs with iCloud

I setup my new Mac-Mini (my first real Mac ever) the other day and was pleasantly surprised to see all my Contacts etc. appear in the free/included native OSx apps. All I did was login with my iCloud login.

I started wondering ...

Not iTunes, but only iCloud-ControlPanel ... if I installed iC-CP on my secondary Windows-7 laptop running Outlook 2010, would it sync my Outlook to the iCloud copy like all my other Apple devices and desktop computer? Sync Windows Outlook without copying PST files or anything like that?

Looking here, it doesn't say anything about iTunes or one Windows-PC limit.

It would sync Calendar and Contacts between Outlook and the iCloud, so you'd have everything on all devices. Note that when you use the iCloud on windows, it sucks the appointments contacts out of the outlook folders and puts them in the iCloud folders. They are accessible in outlook but it annoys some people that the outlook folders are empty.
