Outlook 2013 wont send to over 3 addresses

My MS Outlook 2013 will send email to three separate addresses, but when I try to send to 4 or more, it pops up a box that says "MS Outlook has stopped responding". It indicates the error message as follows:

Can anyone help me figure out what to do to allow Outlook to send to 4+ email addresses at the same time?

Try running scanpst on the data file. Also, test it in safe mode.

To open Outlook in Safe mode: Close Outlook then hold Ctrl as you click on the Outlook icon. You'll get a message asking if you want to start in Safe mode. Click Ok.
