Missing alarm flag

I have always used the Follow Up flag option to sent an alarm on messages but today I tried to do that and the only flag option was "Follow up"; what's happened to the others???!:(
 
I must have missed this response somehow. Thanks for the link.

It's interesting that I posed this question to 3 different "experts" from the "technical support" service; provided, for a fee, by my ISP, and none of them had a clue!
