Not all contacts are syncing

I installed the Outlook Connector to my 64 bit OL 2010. For the most part, things worked, but some of my contacts do not show up on Outlook.com. The following the log entry for one of them. Can someone tell me why it did not sync:

I isolated the problem. Outlook.com does not like Categories. Unbelievable. Even Google can deal with Categories, a Microsoft invention.

Correct, categories can be a problem on the "old" Outlook.com - once the account moves to the new servers (on Office 365), categories will work better - they'll be real categories, not the means to create Contact Groups. But I'm surprised that categories are the problem - contacts synced but the categories were always eventually removed in my tests.

I would have guessed the private flag was the problem.

When you account moves (probably will be one of the last accounts moved since you are using the connector), the account will error - you'll remove the connector and use auto account setup to configure it as an Exchange account.
