There is a site http://www.act-to-bcm.com that specializes on converting data

from ACT! to Outlook and all the dates/attachments/etc. are maintained

properly.

Thanks for the reply. I am familiar with that site. As I recall there was

various options and most of them require more money than I was willing to

pay. I decided to bite the bullet and not worry about the notes/date; I

transferred all of my data to Outlook. I miss some of the functionality; I do

not miss having to upgrade every year due to compatibility with ACT and ACT

for Palm program. I don't know if they (ACT) do it now, but before they would

upgrage the main program but it would not be compatible with the previous

versions of ACT for Palm; then they would upgrade that program and with in a

few months they would come out with a new version of the main program that

was not compatible with previous versions of ACT for Palm... frustrating. Now

I sync Outlook with my smartphone and for the most part everything is OK. -
