Major problem.
Outlook 2013 won't start and Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2013) applet in control panel not responding.
Outlook 2013 takes a long time to get started and then stops with error 'Time limit for logging on was reached while waiting for system resources. Try again. MAPI 1.0 [000004C2]
Similar problem with trying to start the profiles applet in Control Panel: Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2013).
Using Win7 Ultimate with Office 2013 Home and Small Business (standalone).
Two profiles - Outlook (local POP3 account) and hosted Exchange account.
It appears that the profiles are corrupted. Tried to delete the local Outlook Account to no avail.
Have uninstalled and re-installed Office 2013, run ScanPST on all files several times, did the resetnavpane, chkdsk /f, and several other steps with no luck.
Is there a way to delete profiles and start fresh?
