Seeing this problem both on my clients network and on a test BCM environment setup on my own network to try and diagnose the problem :
Problem
User A updates an Account or Business Contact record (eg Business Address or Notes)
User B only sees the changes to those fields by exiting Outlook & restarting it.
Oddly, updates to some fields (the ones in the grids under 'Contact Management' or the Business Card view) are visible straight away.
Newly created records are visible on all machines, all fields correctly displayed.
This problem exists in either direction (ie User A doesn't see updated made by User B unless they're grid/card field)
This is a new install - they've used Outlook for years but wanted to try BCM
BCM Data is not linked to Outlook contacts.
Any suggestions gratefully received !
Environment
Office 2010 Pro Plus (32bit) with BCM ( BCM installed using the X16-56886.exe download)
Shared SQLServer 2008 Express MSSMLBIZ database
Both User A and User B are 'Administrators' in the sharing tab of the Database tool.
Both PCs are online to the shared database
