Outlook 2013 Appointment list custom positions?

I was wondering if there is a way to manipulate the position of a event calendar for example on the image how can I make the color and names follow the same column?
Current example.

This is an example of what I'm trying to accomplish!

But for some reason when i move the columns round they go back to the same place!
