I have seen an issue with Outlook 2013 where the list is re-positioned when an email is deleted. I have seen this on 1 PC with Windows 7 using one email address and on another using Windows 8 with a different email account and server. It appears to be a painting problem. When I delete the email sometimes if I move the cursor down the screen the emails being displayed changed to the most recent emails (if I am sorted date descending). When this happens the block in the scroll bar is at the expected position, and if I click on the box within the scroll bar it repaints for the correct area of the list, but if I click in the scroll bar without clicking on the box it "pages down" as if it were at the top of the list.
This is very frustrating when the working with an inbox with many emails, and sometimes the screen change is subtle so it is hard to notice that the list has re-positioned.
Has anyone seen anything like this? If so, are there any solutions out there for this?
