Outlook 2013 Sorting and grouping on 2 date fields

OK... I may be asking a bit much from Outlook here, but it's worth asking.

I dream of having my flagged mail (not very many) sorted by start date at the top of my inbox.

Under that, I'd like to have the rest of my messages sorted by received date. I like the "automatic" headers of "Today" and "Yesterday" and such, but any time I try to set up this sort arrangement, EACH message gets grouped under its own "date and time" header. I don't have that many messages come in that I need to group them to the minute of their arrival, but I would like them grouped by date.

If I can't get the "Today-Yesterday" look under the "unflagged" group, I'll settle for a "Thursday Sept 5". I just don't need a "Thursday Sept. 5 11:43am"

Anyone have any thoughts?

Unfortunately, its not possible to create a view like that. You can sort with flags on top and then by received date, without group headers. But if you want to group, it will use the full received time, down to seconds. :(
