unflag sync'd emails

In my MS outlook i have sync'd an email and when the user flags his mails, these are flaged at my outlook as well. What can i do to avoid that? I want to check his emails but not the see what he is flagging or not.

Unfortunately, you can't control it, other than by creating a custom view to use on his folder that does not include the flag field. You'll still see the flag if you open the message.

Thank you for your aswers! but can you help me how to make that custom view, cause i have never used outlook before.
 
Sorry it took so long to get back to you - i have a video tutorial with the necessary steps.

customview - poremsky's library

Basically, right click on the row of field names, choose view settings and customize the view as desired. Then On the View ribbon, Change view menu, copy the view and give it a new name.
